Paul Frase, a defensive lineman with the Jets, Jaguars, Packers (Super Bowl XXXII), and Ravens. A two-time Ed Block Courage Award winner, he built his career on toughness.
His son Joshua was born with a rare neuromuscular disease, Paul co-founded the Joshua Frase Foundation to fund research and support families. Joshua lived nearly 16 years and left a lasting legacy of hope. After football, Paul focused on mental health, recovery, and wellness. We are so excited to have him apart of Luma Men.
